Return Policy

We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or return. Email us at For reasons of health and safety, we will only be able to offer a refund or exchange if product packaging is unopened and undamaged, and the product is unused (less shipping and restocking fees). To be eligible for refunds or exchanges, the refund or exchange must be requested through our refund and exchange portal within 30 days of purchase. Once the return is processed, we will credit your original form of payment. Please note, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.

Once we receive your package, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Complimentary return shipping not included.

Please note: Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value. Free gifts with purchase and items purchased with sales or promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items purchased through our retail partners must be returned through that partner. International orders are not currently eligible for returns or exchanges. Feel free to email us your order number and we’ll help you out.

Cancelation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed as they are immediately sent to our distribution center for fulfillment.
